The two photo-eye sensors near the floor must see each other in a straight line. Common causes: one knocked out of alignment, a dirty lens, a kinked wire, or sun glare. Wipe both lenses and check alignment; if that doesn't fix it, a sensor or the wire run is bad and we replace it on-site.
